Laura, HORSI's trainer and coach, has been a passionate rider for 40 years.

With 25 years of experience in business as an HR and Communications specialist. Experience in (project) management, talent management, branding, recruitment, consultancy, academy teacher, speaker, training departments/groups and coaching on the job of HR/Com professionals.

In the saddle for 40 years. Love both dressage and jumping. With a passion for horses, sports, horse welfare, rider biomechanics. In addition to her work in the business world, Laura has followed various equine training courses since 2018.

Certified instructor in ground training (loosening, groundwork and double long lines), lunge rehabilitation techniques, years of training as a horse welfare advisor (first aid, extensive welfare checks, management, nutritional analyses, etc.) AND instructor specializations in rider biomechanics and posture & sitting guidance. Certified to coach and guide with a joker the horse simulator.

Laura now also uses her training, coaching and didactic skills from the business world with her horse passion. Her posture & sitting specialization helps many riders and instructors (in further guiding their students).

Characteristic of Laura's guidance is clear and positive communication, tailor-made guidance for every rider and various didactic methods are applied for the best learning effect.

Individual rider guidance is possible in her practice space in Hilversum. She also attends various national events with HORSI and visits regional stables for clinics and workshops.

Laura can also be used freelance to coach (riding school) instructors during their teaching in posture and sitting guidance of their student riders.
